Vir Das is ready with a new show. It’s called Inside Out and it premiers on Netflix on December 16. Explaining the concept behind the show Vir says, “It started out just to raise money for different charities. I'd do an online show every night to raise money and give the ticket sales away. To warm up the audience I'd ask 'what’s the first thing you're going to do when the world is normal again?'. Suddenly people all over opened up about their dreams. And I knew this was a moment I needed to capture. So the entire show is a comedian asking people across the world that one question.” Vir says he enjoyed his lockdown period. “I’ve been a circus performer for the past decade, travelling seven months a year. So I’ve never had this kind of time at home. So it’s nice to have this pause. So far I’ve been regurgitating output for the past decade now I’ve time to ingest content. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s Bachchan Pandey will roll in January 2021 and continue till March. It marks Akshay Kumar's 10th collaboration with his producer buddy. Earlier, it was being reported that besides Kriti Sanon, another actress will be signed for the project. It is now confirmed that Jacqueline Fernandez has come on board. The actress has joined the team of Bachchan Pandey . This marks her eighth collaboration with Sajid Nadiadwala. Her character is kept under wraps whereas it is being reported that Kriti Sanon plays the role of a journalist. Jacqueline excitedly shares, ”I was very new to the industry when I did the ‘Dhanno’ song in Housefull for Nadiad and our bond & friendship goes way back then. I am elated to be back working with him and Bachchan Pandey will mark our 8th film together after Judwaa & Housefull series. I can't wait to reunite with Akshay once again. It's a crazy mad ride always with him and I am sure we will have a blast together....

Gugu Mbatha-Raw , who you may know from The Morning Show and Beyond the Lights , is about to headline her own TV show. She’s set to star in Surface , a new psychological thriller for AppleTV+ which hails from creator Veronica West , who was one of the key people behind the cancelled-too-soon Hulu re-imagining of High Fidelity . Mbatha-Raw is settling into AppleTV+. She already plays a supporting role on The Morning Show for that streamer, and now she’s about to star in Surface , a new thriller that’s also being produced by Reese Witherspoon ‘s Hello Sunshine production company. Apple has handed out a straight-to-series order for the series, which is still otherwise entirely shrouded in mystery. After shedding his rom-com leading man persona to play the flamboyant villain in  Paddington 2  (in what is arguably his best role to date), Grant is digging deeper into the dark roles that are being offered him, recently coming off playing the sociopathic antagonist of David E. Kelley’s HBO series,  The Undone . And he’s got one more under his belt, the actor teased, revealing that his next project will be a “mockumentary about 2020” from  Black Mirror creator  Charlie Brooker .
